Nowadays, the biggest problems faced by everybody especially the girls and the women due to certain hormonal changes are the weight gain, abnormal body fat and the obesity. These problems are increasing day by day and become a major issue of concern. Everybody is busy to make themselves healthy and to make their body slim and smart. But to maintain your body slim and smart is the most hactic and the time consuming task. To gain weight is easy but to reduce it is the most difficult task.
To make this task easier for you i am going to explain a more interesting use of chia seed (Tukh Malanga). It is the super food and its recipe is proven for weight loss.

Recipe for weight loss using Chia seed (Tukh Malanga)

Ingredients
Water: 1 glass
Ispaghol: 1 tea spoon
Tukh Malanga (chia seed): 1 tea spoon
Pure Honey: 1 tea spoon

Procedure for weight loss using Chia seed

Add one tea spoon tukh malanga (chia seed) into one glass of water and place it overnight.
In the morning, now add one tea spoon honey and ispaghol in it and mix it well. After mixing, drink it (nihar mouh).

All the ingredients are very useful. The antioxidants and omega 3 are present in tukh malanga, helps to lose weight. The ispaghol is very useful for stomach problem. It helps to reduce extra fat from the body very rapidly. Honey maintains the body and the heart function.
Use this mixture for 10 days. After 10 days, it must be used twice a week. It has no side effects.It is very useful in reducing the body fat and to maintain body shape.
